Is there a minimum charge for small jobs?
Small jobs are welcome. Because a single tiny task still means a trip out, it's most cost-effective to group a few things together — send your whole list and we'll quote it.
Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
Simple swaps like a faucet, tap or light fixture, yes. Anything that needs a licensed plumber or electrician — like re-piping or panel work — is outside what Patrick does, and he'll point you the right way.
